Guidelines

1. Digital Content Awards is open to all companies registered locally and individuals involved in creating, designing, and distributing digital advertising content/ application/ campaign in Hong Kong.
2. All entry work should have been created and produced in Hong Kong
3. Qualifying period: To be considered eligible for DCA’s Season 1, all work must have been published in the market from 1st Jan to 30 June 2021.
4. Entries received will be subject to review and those submissions determined inappropriate or to be of a discriminatory/offensive nature will be disqualified with no refund of fees. This includes, but is not limited to, pornographic material, racial slander, and defamatory statements.

Terms and conditions

1. The entrant should have IP ownership of digital advertising content submitted, permission from a client or have consent of IP owner to enter a work. The applicant should not in any way infringe the copyright of others or the entry will be disqualified, and entry fund will not be refunded. AIM will not be liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the applicant.
2. If the entrant wins an award, it assumes AIM is granted the right to publicize the entrant’s name and details of award-winning works, such as work title, client etc, in DCA’s official website or related publicity materials.
